Learning Performance have a team of 75 freelance presenters right across the UK, from Aberdeen to Weymouth.  They come from a wide range of professional backgrounds, all with a clear wish to do what they can to help pupils improve their learning performance. 

To be a Learning Performance freelance presenter you have to go through a very rigorous training programme lead by our directors over four days, supplemented by several 'buddying up' sessions with experience presenters in schools.  In fact, we are so stringent when it comes to quality that less than one in ten applicants are taken on as a member of our team of freelance presenters. 

In addition, we regularly assess their presentations to monitor quality, and they are grouped into mentoring teams to maintain and develop a fresh approach to their seminars.  We truly believe that the people who present our seminars are second-to-none. Among them are trained teachers, education psychologists and youth workers. Many of our presenters have a background in drama, which aids their presentations - pupils will be entertained as well as educated.
