Eduteams is the first piece of games-based learning software to be sold to schools in the UK. The whole Eduteams package is made up of a series of ten-minute logical puzzle computer games. Pupils play these games in teams, not huddled around one computer, but with a computer each and a chat log feature, not unlike MSN and other internet chat software.
Because these games run on the same kind of games engine that would power a PC or console game, pupils can play these games repeatedly as they always create different scenarios to complete.
ELP includes the Eduteams base package, a game called The River. Which can be downloaded and installed on as many computers in your school as you wish.
