Maximising Pupil Potential
This popular INSET day complements our core learning seminars for pupils.
Part One
The first half of this workshop demonstrates our range of skills and techniques that aid learning and recall, for example Association Mapping. Teachers have the opportunity to try out these techniques and learn how and why these techniques can develop a pupil’s potential to learn effectively.
Part Two
The second half of this workshop gives the opportunity for staff to consider how these study skills could be integrated into their learning and teaching. Departmental brainstorming allows teachers to look at their curriculum and develop a plan to introduce some of our techniques into the classroom.
